Awarded to a SME that has successfully deployed innovative IT tools to enhance their operations and services. This category is open to all Qatari-founded small and medium-size companies, which the number of labour force does not exceed 250 employees, and with an annual turnover that does not exceed QR 100 million.

Required Information:

Examples of how your organization has incorporated the deployment of digital tools to improve your productivity and efficiency of operations during 2023.
Case studies that demonstrate a significant improvement to your service delivery and how this has benefitted your clients.
Examples of how you have selected vendors and projects, and conducted deployment, training, maintenance and monitoring of the effectiveness of ICT adoption.
Examples of the ROI that has been achieved since adoption of technology.
Examples of how you have integrated best practices and innovation.
